I’m a filmmaker, camera assistant, and photographer with experience across almost every role in creating professional stills and moving images. My career began in film school, where I shot shorts, fashion films, and wedding videos while assisting on sets in everything from wardrobe to locations. I also worked at the annual Cucalorus Film Festival as an AV tech and programmer’s assistant, and was a selected entrant for my work during four consecutive years.
After returning to NYC, I built a photography career that took me to major U.S. cities for SalonCentric’s national beauty conventions. Along the way, I photographed two fashion collections for a shoe designer, covered concerts and retail campaigns, and developed my skill for capturing a complete story in every frame.
Professional set experience in the camera department came in 2016 on a nonunion Lifetime series, and a union Netflix production. I also began pulling focus on branded content, short films, and corporate videos. In 2018, after a year at ARRI Rental, I joined IATSE Local 600 as a camera assistant, where I continue to work today with the goal of reclassifying to 1st AC. My union work has taken me from indie features to major studio productions such as Deadpool & Wolverine, where I served as Key 2nd AC on the New York unit.
In 2020, I directed, co-wrote, and co-edited the short film Limerence, which earned a festival laurel for Best Actress and deepened my understanding of storytelling and filmmaking. I also served as Technical Director for an Ireland-based comedy series co-written by and starring comedian Joe Rooney, overseeing on-location production and technical workflows for an international team.
Today, I continue to both shoot creatively and work as a camera assistant, on union and nonunion sets. My passion and experience mean I bring creative collaboration, technical craftsmanship, and a commitment to detail to every set.
